Many kickoff times are still to be determined, so current listed times in Signup Genius may change.

WHO QUALIFIES?

• Any person interested over the age of 18
• You do NOT need to be a Knight to help
• No experience necessary
• It is a physically demanding 7 hours of work per game.
• We car pool from the St Thomas More parking lot, 3.5 hrs before kickoff
• Then we are busy on our feet from 3 hrs before kickoff until the start of the 4th quarter of each game
• All volunteers need a free, brief background check with Aramark, the concessions company responsible for all concessions at Kinnick
• All volunteers need to complete Alcohol Sales Team Training at least 10 days prior to the game you wish to signup for (SEE BACK of this flyer for details)

WHEN YOU FILL IN YOUR INFORMATION:

IMPORTANT: Check “REMEMBER ME” on the first screen if you do not plan to complete the training at one time. You must return from the same device and the same Wi-Fi connection.

View ALL slides and listen to ALL audio to satisfy the training completion criteria and reach the certification test.

• Use computer, tablet, or mobile device.

• Must have stable, strong internet, audio, and video.

• Approved browsers: Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge

COMPLETING THE TRAINING:

After completion of training and exam, Aramark at University of Iowa/Xtream Arena will receive your results and certification card.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

If you have trouble reaching or completing the certification test:

• Confirm that you have viewed all slides and listened to all audio

• Make sure you have a strong, stable Wi-Fi connection

• Close all other browser windows and apps/programs running on the device

• Refresh the page

• Turn off browser pop-up blockers

• Allow 3rd party cookies

• Toggle your Wi-Fi connection off and on

• Close your browser completely and click on the link again to return to the training
