Help a family realize their dream of a home of their own.  Sign up to work by contacting the Habitat for Humanity volunteer coordinator, Leda Rouse at 319-519-6120 or leda@iowavalleyhabitat.org.  Identify yourself as working with the St. Thomas More Group.  If you are unable to work June 25th, put the next St. Thomas More Habitat for Humanity workday of July 30th on your calendar.  Here's what you need to know:

• We will be working at 2428 Indigo Drive, Iowa City.
• Workdays are divided into 4 hour morning or afternoon shifts.  You can choose to work a full or a half day.
• Volunteers must be 16 years or older to be on the construction site.
• Everyone must fill out an annual safety waiver.  You must be on site at the start of your shift to review safety instructions and daily tasks.
• No prior knowledge or skill in construction is necessary.
