Your Social Justice Commission would like to thank all of those who recently attended the Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Rice Bowl Kick-off Breakfast hosted at STM on January 30^th.  At this informative event STM joined several other neighboring parish members throughout the Diocese to learn more about the impact that local and international organizations are making to fight hunger due to the generous donations made to the Rice Bowl program.  As a reminder 25% of collected donations remain in the local Diocese.  Stay tuned for more information throughout Lent and be on the lookout for the Rice Bowl collection boxes which will be made available in the Church entrance area.
